The kids bike of my daughter is also sub 6,8 kg
Like, fine, it’s light.
But it does it with a horizontal top tube and steel with lugs and 2x and vintage cranks. Sure, it cheats a bit with downtube shifters, but I’m ok with that here. That’s what I’m talking about.
Nice. I’m excited to order an 18.5lb (8.39kg) wabi this week. Currently on a 31lb surly.
STEEL and RIM 💪
Love that sticker! Great build. But almost feel illegal with that campangolo sticker when you put shimano group on it.
This is a sick build. I love bikes that end up way lighter than you’d expect by looking at them.
Reminds me of 2lo8’s 6.6kg bike with zero carbon fiber – not just in the frame, but also the fork, wheels, and every other part on the bike.

That looks like it would be a real Paino to ride up a hill
That stem bar setup is definitely what I dream or having on my bike. Too bad it’d be stupid to do that without a bike fit, so I’ll have to do that first.
