We went out today,on this lovely warm sunny day,for a bike ride to Portbury,we stopped at a lovely pub,for lunch and a couple of shandys,before heading back on the road,enjoying the views and the countryside of Portbury to Pill,in Noth Somerset.
[Music] Okay. Hello, Tony. Hello, Ruth. This is fun, isn’t it? We just stopped for a quick break. We’re actually on the bridge going over um to Portray. So, from Look at that traffic. Look at that. You can tell it’s uh bank holiday weekend. And have a look on the other side as well. Look at that. And it’s only early is it early afternoon? Yeah. So that’s going to be quite hectic later. Okay, lot of traffic. Of course, it’s bank holiday weekend, so you are going to get this on a Friday, but obviously when this is uh coming out, this will come out tomorrow on Saturday. It’s the priaryy in Port is in it. It’s really lovely. We We go there quite often, isn’t it? It’s lovely. Lovely food there. Yeah. I just what we’re coming over a railway bridge and I just wanted to show you that um this is part of the rail way railway too many shandes that they’re uh going to open that. So that will actually go into Port Zed. Um it’s been given the okay, isn’t it? Yeah. So we don’t know when that and I’ll show you on the other side of the bridge as well. And that’s the railway on the other side of the bridge. It’s pretty um overgrown, but yeah. So, we’re just coming out of Port now. We went again. We went to Portray. Just as I say, just a local ride on the push bikes. And it was the Priary. Priary. Yeah. Porbury. Yeah. And we stopped off and had a couple of uh And some lunch. And some lunch. Yeah. It was very nice. Very nice. And then we pedled back. Yes. But yeah, it was lovely, wasn’t it? It was. Yes. And we showed you all the traffic there. Um, as I said, motorway recording this, it’s Friday, so you’ll be seeing this on Saturday, tomorrow, but yeah, there was loads of traffic, was it? And that was Yeah, typical bank holiday. When we got to the pub, that was must have been about 1ish. That was all building up. So, that’s quite early, isn’t it, in the day to build up like that. Anytime after 12:00, stay clear of the M5. Good vid guys , think you missed a trick not filming the pub and food though would have been good to see, good for your viewers to see to, people love to see things like that especially food . Good vid though I enjoyed it sunny to . Adji
Hi Ruth and Tony, Lovely video , you certainly have some nice roads and cycle ways to meander down on a sunny afternoon. I suppose it helps having all the local traffic deciding to use the M5 for the bank holiday 😊
