JB. [Music] Good morning. I’m JB and welcome to my new channel. I’m just out for a 50 mile bike ride, but just look at this scenery. Absolutely stunning for a Sunday morning. Right, off we go for some more. We’re at the university campus this morning. Crazy golf already set up for a day. Boating lake. Beautiful. But you know in a couple of hours this will be heaving on a Sunday bank holiday weekend. People go around here with the dogs, families, picnics. Morning smoke pack. Nice little gravel path, ideal for riding your gravel bike. And in the distance behind the trees, the big main [Music] building hidden away. Love healthy and quiet. It’s lovely. There it is in all its splendor. Botting university campus. 5 to 7 in the morning. [Applause] [Music] Still main entrance. And here we’re behind prestigious crovens who have world championship for Indonesia. [Music] Well [Music] maintained. Here we are again on another path. side of those boots factory. And if you like rabbits, this is ideal for you because here is hundreds of them. Soon as we go around this bend, we’ll see the rabbits again. Lovely Sunday morning. This path takes us to the entrance to the Bruce headquarters around the corner to the canal path. What we will be taking down to beast and wear. I’ll show you the way in all its glory. There’s one. You have to be so careful here because fly out. You have to break. That’s nothing yet till we get around the corner. Bit bumpy this path. So ideally the gravel bike comes [Music] in. There we go. Just go and race around. Here we go. There’s not many of them today. There they are. [Music] So used to humans. Look, let’s just sit there in the path for a day. Usually there is hundreds, hundreds of them. Perhaps another day, another journey. I’ll get you a full footage. I’ll just stop. Entrance restricted. There’s a canal path. What we’ll be going on down there. We’re going that way. Season can’t be long left. [Music] Absolutely stunning. Again, it’s quiet in the morning. It’s best best time to come out around here. This path is part of the big cycle path in Nottingham that takes you around the outskirts of the river Trent. But we’ll be going down [Music] shortly. Stunning. Got an estate going on. Don’t know what they call side properties or or what? I don’t know. There’s four, five, and six bedrooms. I ain’t got the money for one of them. People use this path for the park run. Beaston park run. So on the Saturday mornings between 9 and 11, keep away cuz you won’t get down the path towards Beaston. Lovely dirt track. Lovely. Something you get old dog walkers again. still panic on my side football pictures and in the distance Clifton Hall. We’ll be going up there on in another time another another day but not today. to because this is on a Saturday morning like I say is massive with part rumors the [Music] canal stunning and just over there in the distance we’re actually power station again we’ll be down there sometime in the future but now let’s go and have a look at the Beast and nice calm lovely stepping stones there. I wouldn’t want to step across them. Do not be fooled by this tranquil setting cuz once we have heavy rainfall, we can’t see the steps. It’s up here. You can’t see the gate. Quite dangerous actually. flows down to the river tren and in the distance atra nature reserve again we’ll be going down there in the future sadly many years ago young man lost his life got into difficulty trying to rescue a friend I believe and I think the short sheer force of the water took him very sad Yeah. Be somewhere where [Music] Big brand new side fishing say the river trend still one of the worst currents undercurrens in England about that I don’t want to find out right next stop tread bridge iconic [Music] trend. There’s Rakliff Sew Center, Trenbridge, Crickety Ground, Ronnie Boris, and the Trent. Miles and Le Bridge bridge and overflat on the canals. [Music] play around there. When I was a kid, there used to be a platoon. We used to we used to jump in there. All change now. [Music] [Music] There is no [Music] Welcome to JB’s YouTube channel. You can appreciate we are works in progress, but we’ll get there. And coming later will be the review of the ON1 free ranger, my go-to bike. Until the next one, see you later. [Music]
