I’ve spent hours trying to find them online but no luck, he says they may be worth something more than the bike he is looking to sell aha.

If this is for bmx, I’m doubting it’s worth anything. It’s a single walled, hole ridden wheel, that would taco on your first 180. Maybe it’s an obscure race wheel that I’ve never seen before, but my bet is that it’s not.

Back in the day Mongoose had some pro class wheels that were drilled out like that but those holes look bigger. Maybe it was a diy special.
I’d be willing to bet this is a stock wheel off a middle of the road Walmart bike.
The hoop itself kinda looks like a Fly Lunar Rim. But it’s not double wall. The hub just looks like any old unsealed hub, but a strange cap on the one side.
