I forgot to take an image of these when I disassembled my cargo bike but ironically found a stock photo of them online without knowing the name of them, but can't find out what they are or where to order them.

I have 2 of these in the steering assembly of my cargo bike that fit an M25 thread. The bearings are pretty worn out and I want to put a fresh set in.

A friend said he believes they were parts used in the axles of older vw beetles but I can't find any information.

Very common part but available in every conceivable size, if I remember right there should be numbers on it that indicate the size.

Generically, it’s a tapered roller bearing. There are infinite sizes of them, so you’ll need to reference a manual or the ones you removed to find the right dimensions. Old ones can commonly be cleaned and repacked to extend their life rather than replacing them.

Still got the old bearings? Goggling what’s imprinted on the bearing or race should give you what you need
