I also run a front brake because sometimes the universe is unpredictable and having a hand brake is great at not barreling into a surprise object on the road.

Nothing wrong with that.

The just in case anchor is soo important… Nice build up!
I see you use Sti grips. Jou can use the shifters for nice and funny stuff.
A bell somewhere hidden at the frame, droppost(can be very nice on a fixed gear), light or more if you are creative.

Love running a disc brake when I can. Only sketch part on track geometry was emergency braking downhill and almost sending myself over the bars. Learned really quick to keep a light finger.

No internal routing? It would look so clean if you route the housing inside, But even like this it doesn’t “destroy” the visual appeal of the bike
Do they rub? At least that was my experience on my Giant Propel 2020, the brake surfaces were painted over or something and the littelest amount of use would make them rub
I hated them

I have the same inroute fork on my Skream magnum with a hope hydraulic (flat bars).
Have you considered routing your brake cable internally?

sad state of affairs. one of the sickest modern track frames ruined with a road fork.
