Worth it for the $400 discount? Unfortunately I don’t really care about the power meter. I negotiated a bit and seller says $1300 is his final price. Curious what y’all think!
Edit: I should mention I’m coming from an ancient Specialized Allez Sport so anything I do get will be a huge upgrade.

Well, I am no expert but a few thoughts from someone who has been looking extensively the past few weeks including at this exact model of bike:
1. The outlet price you are looking at is only for XL and 2XL frames. Those are huge bikes. It also doesn’t include tax. This doesn’t look like an XL or 2XL.
2. The regular price for this frame is 2399+tax but you can find referral codes for $100 off on this board so say it’s $2299+tax. I think a $1000 discount is pretty good assuming it’s in decent shape.
3. The used ones I have seen near me are $1600+ with some upgrades but also have been heavily ridden.
Price-wise this feels fair to me and I would probably take if the bike was well maintained and in good riding condition.

If you don’t care about the power meter then no, it’s probably not worth it. Power Meters are a pretty useful tool for both training and pacing though.

“Comes with the Stages L power meter crank, but no pedals. Brand new Continental Gatorskin tires.”
Other than that I believe it’s a stock Endurance CF 7 disc. Looks like I can get it new directly from Canyon outlet for $1700: https://www.canyon.com/en-us/outlet-bikes/road-bikes/endurace-cf-7-disc/2855.html?dwvar_2855_pv_rahmenfarbe=RD
