No. The one on the right is much more worn out. You should get a new one, and install it together with the one on the left.
They have the same dimensions, it will be a compatible replacement.
The one on the left is probably a newer iteration from the same model. The top writing MT something is the model.
But even if it wasn’t as long as it’s compatible with the BB (here square mount) and the rest of the drivetrain it’s not a problem
Looks like the new is a refined model, with shaved off weight. If the series is the same and the crank length match, I don not see any problem installing it
In every way that matters yes it’s the same. Just a newer version that looks a little different
