this is my Triathlon training split working a 9 to5 office job Monday morning easy 25k on the bike in the evening waited calisthenics push Tuesday 5m tempo run taking about 30 minutes and a body weight pull Wednesday morning easy 1500 M swim and an easy 8 Mile in the evening Thursday a tough 40K on the bike trying to stay above 200 ws and a small body weight push Friday a tough 2,000 M swim before work then in the evening awaited pool session consisent of my favorite weighted muscleups and weighted pulls then on the weekends we have the Run club and we try and keep it nice and light after a big week of training though I say that I did a try on last weekend for absolutely no reason but we try and keep it simple and have some rest anyway

  1. Nice! I got into marathon running a few years ago and I want to get into triathlons. Here’s the burning question.. how much food do you go through in a week?? 😂

  3. This quite clearly is a school boy, a 9-5 student living at his parents house… Not a real man living on his own and having a real 9-5 paid job.

    Don't exaggerate the reality little boy.😉

  4. When you have 9-5 job and no kids you have all the time in the world to train. After 5pm you can train until 8-10pm with no one disturbing you or even add morning 6-8. Easy to put 17-25h week.
