Take the wheel to a car wheel shop. They’ll know what to do, because it has a Schrader valve, which is also used on cars.

Nothing is missing, it’s a car valve.
You may need an adapter to use your hands pump

it doesn’t look like anything is missing. It’s possible that valve core is loose or not seated correctly.

Looks complete to me as long as you have the correct pump all should be ok

Get your pump and connect it to the valve then pull the valve up and readjust the pump then you’ll be fine.

There’s nothing missing
4 things can be wrong
1. Wrong pump, any car pump will work e.g. on gas stations
2. Valve core not tigh a bike shop can tighten it up for you, or you buy a small tool to do it
3. There’s dirt in the valve, if it’s not vissibly it’s hard to get out, new inner tube
4. Valve is broken, you need a new inner tube

is it tubeless? I had the same problem, it was a sealant clog..
