I’m trying to get some breaks for my bike because half of the current set isn’t there, but this is my first bike and I’m not sure what ones would/wouldnt fit or what kind. Can anyone tell if these will fit and if not what kind will?

Yes but your wheel is the wrong size. You have a 26” wheel in the frame and you need a 700
Looks like it has the wrong size wheels fitted. Google search suggests this bike came with a 700c wheel while yours look more like 26″.
I’m not aware of any brakes that will work with wheels that much smaller than original spec.
