I've had a drilled road fork on this for the longest time, always felt sluggish. I finally came across this straight blade brakeless track fork in 1" threadless. Kinda sacrilege but I've been wanting to use this bar/stem combo forever and honestly I don't love dealing with threaded headsets (sue me). Feels like a whole new bike, very happy with it.

Is the frame a bit too small hence the longer stem? I’m looking at an njs frame that’s 53 vs the 56 I usually ride and looking to just use a 120mm pearl stem
Other wise the bike looks awesome! Love the grocery store photoshoot. I think I’ll try and use the Dia Compe breaks instead of drilling a hole
