what happens when you drive only in first gear? wouldn't that kill fuel efficiency?
Also why not drive off road into a field or ditch and get wheels spinning for a few hours?
Accelerating from full stop is also very good way of burning more fuel, that's why cars use 2-3 times more fuel in traffic jams.

I have a Ford focus and is the worst car ever, consumes fuel as an alcoholic consumes alcohol in a bar, its horrendous how much fuel I need to put per day if I travel a few miles

They should have put dozimeters in thier cars to see if the rad acualy increases as they approach it. I know by small amount it should ramp up pretty quicky once there…
