Specialize Diverge sport carbon (2025) – $2,100
I want something comfy and bike packing capable. Which one should I go with? I will be riding gravel roads 80% of the time otherwise. Not much of a speed demon or looking to race. Just need something good for adventure, seems like both bikes could do the job perfectly so I’m just looking for more input from anyone that’s owned either. Thanks!

I own the Diverge pictured (the model, not bike itself). I’m not an expert, but so far really like it. The future shock is great when traveling through some rougher stuff.
Id go with the Salsa Warbird for looks, color, and cool name. Sounds like dumb reasons but being into your bike keeps you riding. 😂
