I recently purchased some China carbon clinchers(88mm). They come with Novatec hubs originally and have considered relacing to Gran Compe II. Anyone have any reviews on these hubs or ride them?

The GC II hubs are great, but so are the Novatech, assuming they are the sealed bearing ones. You’ll probably not notice any difference once you’re done lacing them.
Only complaint with the GC II (and I have this complaint with a lot of hubs) is the ugly as sin axle nuts. Get a pair of the Runwell nuts for a nice cheap upgrade
