get this short nose saddle, made by fabric but branded with cannondale. insane price and quality. probably the greatest change to how the bike feels you can make.
I’d put the brake on the top of the bars unless you’re always in the drops, wrap the bars or start wearing gloves, and get some straps for the pedals. Everything else looks peachy.

Flat bars and a stem that fits, changed my pista for the better.
That and get yourself some good foot retention, fixation makes an affordable strap thatll keep your feet in place.

Those are very classic track drop bars. I personally love that. Bar tape would help. But the bike looks clean af. Good find, dude.

Everyone’s had good suggestions but for the “classic look” of that… dark rims, tanwalls, silver chainring. Maybe silver for seatpost too. But that’s me.
Otherwise, make it comfortable & go ride. 👍🏼
