First bike I built all by myself, feels great so far! Never had a fixed gear before as well but been meaning to build one for a while now. Still waiting on a purple Ardently 19t cog because my knees do not love 49×17.

cool build but you need to wrap your bars better. your tape’s gonna come loose soon.
