Heya guys I've posted my bike a few times now but this is the newest few updates I've done to it:
– convert to 2×1, put an old derailleur in the back with just a cable to keep it at the right spot to keep the chain tight, and an FD hooked up to what was half of a 22.2 stem friction shifter fitted to the handlebars.
– sawed off front rack from the bike coop, bought for cheap, and a spare basket ziptied to it.
– a home depot metal plate screwed into the bottom of the basket at a couple points to mount the light mount, ran out of m4 washers so I used the outer plate of a chain
this shit is so good man I'm so glad everything works!

I always wanted to do the 2×1 thing! Cool rack setup.
Why chop off the rack and then install that huge basket with all that leverage due to overhang? Otherwise that’s all pretty cool.
