  1. File or cut the broken nub flat and buy the sticky garmin mounts from aliexpress/amazon that have the 3m double sided tape and stay on very well.

You can either stick a bit on the side to replace the missing tab, or that locking feature is just glued on so you can get a replacement one for a garmin/ wahoo/ bryton etc and swap it out.

  3. ~~3D scan it with your smartphone. And hire a engineer guy on fiverr to 3D model you a case with combined materials of glass fiber reinforced nylon for the back piece and rubber sleeve out of TPU. 3D print it at pcbway.~~

You cannot fix this – glue will never work. Can you buy a new outer housing?

I ended up getting some adaption peice online. Ill have to file off the current peice and superglue the new on one. Hopefully it holds. Thanks for the ideas

  6. Same happened to my Garmin Varia but thankfully I got it swapped by Amazon.

It’s a poor design as that puts quite a bit of stress on those tabs when fitting or when near a saddle bag.

Try to reach out to the manufacturer. Maybe they can offer something to you.
Lezyne replaced the whole outside body on my head unit when the same thing happened, free of charge.
