The name of brand is SENATOR. Strange flags on frame, like Niderland but it’s not.
Stickers are in german but its look like old Dutch bike from about 60’s.

Google seems to indicate it’s a store brand and possibly made in Austria.

I had a Senator branded kid’s bike, probably ‘71-‘72. Lime green. I believe it was from Taiwan and purchased at Gemco in the LA area for $28.
These were sold at Montgomery wards
I looked this up a bit more. It’s prolly a Puch- apparently this was Mongtomery Wards house brand for awhile. (That surprised me as I have 1960 Wards Hawthorne that is a rebadged Hercules). Other larger department stores of the 60’s and 70’s also sold this bike. Neat find!
