the best bang for your buck will be to buy chinese rims separately and build a custom set. will run you around 600 minimum which is very cheap for a handbuilt custom set. allows you to add nipple washers for extra strength, which most ppl do not use.

EliteWheels has been absolutely bombproof, for me. A little heavy but a fraction the cost of the big names.

This is near Mexico City?! I think Hollywood movies have messed with what I think of when I think of that area. Also, I’ve been happy with my Light Bicycle carbon wheels.
