I restored a singlespeed I bought 5 years ago (based on a Batavus Champion, paid 100 euros for it). When I bought it, it already had the bullbar, single gear, stripped look. I rode it for 4 years, mainly in Rotterdam, and loved it. But I needed a project, so: I painted it and put new (black) parts on it. Spent 60 euros extra, so 160 euros total for the bike.
I know this sub is full of highly expensive amazing bikes, but I'm curious to your opinions.

Looks sharp to me! I love the way it balances by itself.
Forget about those expensive bikes, there is more to it and you are the proof. Alot of people owning these very expensive bikes are less “in tune” with their bikes because they just take it to shops to get serviced and do everything to them and all they have to do is sit on them. I bet you enjoy your cruising more than alot of people that have $10,000+ bikes. You and your little bike, in a way. “The little things in life”
With this it’s not so much about price really. You found a good deal on an old bike and had (I’m assuming) a hell of a lot of fun restoring it to this incredible looking bike. That’s pretty worthwhile. I really really like how this looks by the way. Where I live it’s super hilly so I’ve never got a fixed gear, but I’ve always wanted one.
