I realise this is old as fuck, bought a replacement and I’m not happy with how my hands sit. I’d rather try replace like for like if it’s possible.

Small levers I can think of would be Odyssey mono lever or mono trigger finger lever.
All time favourite would be tue Diacompe dirty Harry. Don’t know if it’s still a thing or actually small or what you need but it’d a classic.
