That’s a “give $10 and I’ll take it to the trash for you” bike.
$160 seems a little steep. If he is willing to come down a little bit and it doesn’t need too much work it wouldn’t be a horrible backup or even a flip maybe.

Nothing amazing but that’s a quality frame, if it’s otherwise in good shape I say go for it
