    Just keep riding. The anxiety will turn to confidence which will make you better on the bike. Practice is key.

    Use your feet to lever the bike up. When you level out tuck in like a squat.

    Great form. Pop a bit harder and kinda pull the bike up into you and level out. As someone else said, try hopping over stuff, then gradually increase the height. That’s exactly what I did when I first got into riding over 20 years ago, and eventually, I was able to hop close to 4 feet at my highest.

    Honestly you’ve got it, just gotta keep doing it over and over again, after you pull up the front and tuck the back up with your legs try to push forward on the bars to really max the height, other than that it’s just practice and getting comfortable with hoping higher.
