Find this on OfferUp. Seems like a new Salsa bike is beyond this price. It nears my home so does it wroth to try or it’s a fraud with first glance? Thanks for your help!

That has got to be stolen.
If it is close it is worth a look. Might be worth bringing a friend along just in case.
The price does seem suspicious.
It could be stolen. Running the serial number through bikeindex and project 529 could buy you some peace of mind.
If it was bought before the pandemic the bike sold for around 1k. 4-5 years of riding and the person priced it at 1/3 list price and got no takers.
