Contact rack manufacturer for instructions.
Although it looks like that’s the way it goes on it’s backwards. Your bike frame looks really nice – I would give up on that rack and buy something complete.
A new rack
Topeak Super Tourist or Explorer is my go to rack. They are bulletproof!
Start by flipping it around – but it looks like it doesn’t have connections to the dropout bosses? That’s gonna be an issue
Looks like it’s meant for a specific ebike. Get an appropriate rack with mounting points and hardware to fit your bike – nearly any commercially available rack should work. Trying to fit that one will involve MacGyvering and many compromises.
Is that a front rack that you’re trying to mount on the back? They’re not interchangeable.
