Since getting into bikes, I always wanted to install 700c wheels on a vintage touring bike with nervex lugs and reynolds 531 tubes. I bought this 1971 Raleigh International frame that someone had painted so didn't feel the pressure to keep it original. Rides great! Really absorbs the road chatter without being so flexible that it feels noodly.
