Brand new Sticky Asphalt

I was the last guy leaving office today and since I couldn’t go by bike to a post-work event monday, I – once again – had to choose between my two bikes. I hate not going by bike to work, so I have postponed that to Friday.

Took a small detour to enjoy the sunshine and ended up riding this section of brand new, perfectly plane, asphalt. A unexpected, rather fun, thing was that it was extremely sticky and I felt so unfit rinding it. As seen from the second photo of my front tire, it attracted small pieces of debris afterwards.

Hopefully, it gets better after a few days!
