I will mostly use this bike for commuting 15 km a day on paved streets. Ideally it would work well in the winter. Considering the liberte because it has drop bars and is a little faster for the same price, but I like that the tracklox has a steel frame and is built to last. It would also be better for mounting a front and rear rack to and making a workhorse. I would be tempted to try some low key single-speed bike packing as well. I think the liberte would be better for that?

Trying to choose between Liberte (top photo, https://xfixxi.ca/products/liberte-single-speed-bike-lbt13-glorious) and Tracklox (bottom, https://xfixxi.ca/products/tracklox-urban-bike-gates-carbon-belt-tlx20sp-single-speed-edition)
