Can someone tell my why there are no picures with Koga Miyata Gents touring ready for bikepacking trip? Is it good budget choise?

You can make it work with pretty much any bike. The bike looks like it has faster steering (read less stability) than what you’d want for bikepacking. Wouldn’t be my first choice, but as they say – ride what you have.
I mean you go bike-packing with a beach cruiser if you really want to, but why?
This bike isn’t bad, wasn’t bad when it was made but wat it lacks is cantilever brakes, you are very limited in regards of width. My guess is, 28mm is the maximum.
I’d search for a Koga Miyata I’d pick one of those models: Traveller, World Traveller , Randonneur
Giant: Expedition
Trek: Multi-Track
Specialized: CrossroadsÂ
These all provide better tire clearance than the Koga.
