Seems in the reasonable ballpark. If you were to buy something equivalent new, with a similar tier groupset and rim brakes, you’d either pay like 1500€ for an alloy frame, and the very few brands who still sell a carbon rim brake bike it’s probably going to be a lot more expensive.
If it really is as good as new upon inspection, I would take it for that price, maybe haggle down 100-150€ but seems really reasonable.
