Are you from the US? Because I can get that it might seems dangerous, but in Europe bikes are really safe modes of transport. That truck might have come close, but it 100% knew you were there.
Just keep your bike steady and anticipate for some air displacement and you’ll be fine.
Denmark will have some nice infrastructure for you to travel on again;)
You probably won’t be coming through the netherlands, but if you do, plenty of nice bikepaths here
