What's that, you think you can recycle it? Donate it? Hand it down to your nephew? These are all incorrect. Turns out, there's nothing you can do with it except stuff it further up your güch. Enjoy this bummer of an article I wish I hadn't read and now you all will too. Tl;dr: "performance material" is a marketing term coined by the plastic petroleum industry to convince you to wear it and it can't be recycled.

    I donate rideable apparel to local high school and youth riding programs since I’m a size small and medium…and the ones that are too see through I use in the indoor trainer until they fall apart

  2. If anyone here is in the San Francisco area, check out the Rapha shop in the city, they have a box in the back for Out and Back, a company that does used gear buy backs for resale.

    I took like 14 kits I had (I know, I may have a problem, my wife reminds me of this regularly) and got like $800 for it all. Either as credit directly at Rapha or generally via PayPal.
