Looking to buy: 1985 mongoose Californian

Hey everyone im just testing the waters and seeing what’s out there not 100% on anything yet and I’m sorry if this isn’t the place to post this but figured worth a try. But I grew up watching rad and BMX bandits as a wee little child and have always wanted a mid 80s BMX, wanted a Californian since I was probably 6 and im finally in the position where I can just blow some money on one and am hoping I can get my self a really good deal on one hopefully around Newcastle-Tamworth Area in NSW if possible. I had a guy offer me a real nice all original blue one for $950 but unfortunately he is pretty far away so just seeing what else is out there
