This Bianchi I have was converted to a single fixed gear setup and I’m now wanting to return it back to having a groupset and gears. Wanting to go with a simple 1X setup and looking for info on certain brands or ratio setups that would work well for what I’m doing as well as any advice.

You will want to measure the rear dropout spacing. Very likely it’s 126mm, or maybe even 120mm. For any modern groupset it will have to be respaced to 130mm. And you’ll need a new rear wheel at that 130mm spacing.
