Howdy all,
A few months back, you guys commended the ravemen headlamp to mount under my front rack and it has been SO GOOD!
I recently had to move my 3 year old from the yepp mini to the yepp maxi, which included adding a rear rack. Now my taillights and safety pizza no longer serve any purpose.
Can anyone recommend a reasonable rack mounted tail lamp? Ideally USB-C
Pic included for tax purposes.

Could you give me a breakdown of what is on your bike?
From the child carrier to the basket.
This is the set up I need!!
There do exist rear fenders with integrated tail lights and dynamos. I don’t remember the name of one at the moment but those are the boss if you can get one
For thisnkind of use I like bolt on rear lights as it’s nice not having to bother unclipping and carting them about when managing a kid.
One on the mudguard and one on the rack works well. These tend not to be usb chargeable for obvious reasons.

My tail lamp is from Xoss (the top of the line aluminium bodied, 32hr one), and i used the underseat mounting support to mount it underneath my rear crate. It quick releases like a cyclecomputer!
You can briefly see it here: https://imgur.com/a/IKHP8Iz
Typically rack light fittings are 50 or 80mm spaced. I’ve gone through a few rear lights recently, trying to find one that has the right light pattern and other features. I like the B&M lights for their line-tech feature- I believe this makes the light more visible due to it not presenting a single dot of light as is typical with LEDs, it’s supposed to aid other road users in identifying how far away you are. I’m currently using the top light 2c https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/lighting/busch-muller-2c-usb-rear-light/
I used to prefer battery lights, but with the usb chargeable lights seemingly more reliable now and more compact I’ve switched. I do worry though that when the battery is end of life- that’s it and the light is scrap
I have a taillight built into my rear fender but it’s so low and relatively small I am not sure it meaningfully adds to my visibility during the day. I’ve been considering just covering the back of my toddlers Yepp seat with reflective tape because it would be large, high up, and hard to not see plus it’s one less thing I need to remember to charge
