Sounds interesting. I think they’re worth a shot if you’re already looking for new pedals, but probably not worth it just to upgrade. I like that they fixed the axle design- that’s what I absolutely hated before.
It’ll be cool to see some reviews of these pedals. So far it’s a press release that every website is publishing with no actual time spent on them by any of the main sites.
They remind me of large PNW pedals
Not sure I’m seeing it…in any case 159 for pedals which I will surely break (either bending/damaging pins so they can’t be replaced or bending the entire pedal at the spindle) in 1-2 years is cray cray
I’ll stick with the oneup composites I have now since replacing them is only $50
I’ve never liked oneup pedals. The bulge annoys me as I have massive feet. Plus I don’t feel like I’m locked in compared to other pedals. Feels like I’m on top of the pedals not in them.
If you are spending that much on flats I can’t imagine not buying DMR Vaults.
