    You’ll need to buy a new ‘quill’ type stem. That one is not repairable.

    Check to see if the diameter is marked on the shaft (in mm’s) or measure it with a caliper, to make sure you order the right size (usually 22.2mm).

    Those types of stems aren’t meant to bear that kind of strain. Go sealed, it’ll last longer

  3. Stems done and isn’t fixable. It’s a shafted quil type fitting stem, which hasn’t been used in proper bmx in decades really.
