Exceptional bike, the only changes I recommend is switching to 32mm tires (big upside and zero down, ya it is really that big a deal), installing 11-34 cassette (with new Di2 it shifts as well as 11-30) because who doesn’t need that extra gear for climbing the “wall”, and switch seats. It’s a personal choice thing, but like many others, it wasn’t very comfortable on even mid-length rides. And one more, the bar tape sucks. It’ll die quick anyway, but I like thicker and textured tape that doesn’t get slippery when I sweat.
