It will never be the same and will likely cause more issues down the road. Time for a new hub or wheel, whatever is cheaper.

  2. Spokes are toast. Hub might be ok. This area is not in contact? Also look for cracks around spoke holes

  3. The wheel has to be rebuilt anyways – those spokes are totally unsafe to keep riding. It would be crazy to lace that hub into a new build. Time for new hub and spokes, or completely new wheel.

  4. If the rim is salvageable, I’d definitely replace the hub and rebuild with new spokes, nipples, washers. I’d probably be more concerned about the spokes than the hub, but I would personally never ride a wheel in that condition.
