I am not a Roubaix expert, so I could be wrong, but I think that geometry and lettering looks older than 2013. I have a 2007 Specialized in my garage that is a lot more similar. I would bet a moderate amount of money this bike is from the mid-00’s.
Otherwise, the non-drive side photos aren’t helping with figuring out what components this has and what may be the rationale for this price. From what I can tell as of now, the price seems high.
