You may be able to use the spokes again but hard to tell without knowing the erd of both rims.
Just the rear or both wheels. Look for a 26″ wheel with coaster brake like these [https://www.villycustom.com/products/silver-wheels-1](https://www.villycustom.com/products/silver-wheels-1)
It’s going to be cheaper to buy a complete wheel than replace the rim, unless you know how to build wheels
When shopping around ask for a “26 inch coaster brake wheel with aluminum rim”.
I’d suggest letting all the air out of that one to avoid a tube puncture from one of the spokes.
