I bought a used Trek Session 7.7. Looking to get it going cheap. One of the only things missing is the rear caliper (and the lever and the brake line.
- front brake is Hayes (unsure of model)
- rear rotor is 8"
- mounting bolt holes are 75mm apart
I really just need that little boost of knowledge of what to search for on Ebay to buy a compatible part.
I have photos but it looks like it's against the rules for me to post photos of brakes.

Get a new Shimano hydraulic brake, they’re pretty affordable. I would not mess with an old Hayes that seems to be missing something.
You want a shimano MT200 rear brake. Lever, hose, caliper, pads for $30. Incredible value and durable as hell. Just be sure to resurface that rotor really well with a sheet of scotch Brite 7447 (hardware store sells by the sheet for $2) and isopropyl alcohol.
