
I used the Park Tool 90.3 removal tool (the one with the splayed end) to remove a press fit BB.
Non-drive side came out a treat.
Drive side not so good as just the bearing came out and the shell was left in there.
Finally got shell out with careful tapping, but in the process cracked a lot of the plastic leaving it unusable.
Where did I go wrong?

I’ve not owned or dealt with a press-fit BB myself, so you can ignore this comment if you choose…
It appears to have been successfully removed.
Why do you think something went wrong?
Why remove an interference-fit item if you are not intending to replace?
Looks like you smacked the tool to the end of the shell to pop it out.
