This is the most expensive handle stem post that I bought and is failing miserably. Think there was another person on YouTube who also had quality issues with the same brand. I've also tried another less known brand ones they haven't given me any issues. I addressed this issues with the seller before and I was simply advised to tap the pin in… Guess I will have to tap it in until it breakdown and get a non-Ti Parts one.

Oh wow that looks pretty bad. So they wont replace it?
It’s a story told repeatedly on the forums here. The lesson – never buy structural after market parts. Cosmetic parts are alright.
In the photo, there looks like a hairline crack has formed within the weld, starting in the middle of the weld, right side of the photo — dark line. Is the black line a crack ? Liquid dye check can be utilized or even a drop of alcohol or acetone. If the drop quickly goes into the dark line, then this is a crack. If the liquid stays as a spread out drop across the dark line, then the line is probably not a crack.
I’m not a metallurgy expert but from hanging around bike guys over the years I’ve learnt titanium ain’t the best for structural parts. Lots of failures in right side seatstays on ti frames due to repeated stress.
