Recently replaced my tire for the first time and after putting my wheel back on, I noticed the chain sagged. When back pedaling, the chain even rubs a bit on the frame.
Anyone have any insight on what I may have done wrong?

Thine chain ist too long.
Adjust the b limit screw you can look it up on the park tool YouTube channel.
Maybe the derailleur got twisted out of position
