Hey, I need someone with experience in Hookless setups.
I taped my hookless rims and a portion on one of them I didn't managed really the sealant hump up the wall. The edge of the tape is reaching the corner of the wall. Is that a potential issue?

Probably not. Usually it’s recommended to buy a tape little wider than the rim. But did this several times in the past and never have a problem.
Once I did with a tape that’s wasn’t wide enough, what I did was two wraps, starting in one of the sides first and the second pass on the other to complete seal the rim.
English is not my first language, so, don’t know if this explanation was very clear.
It was better than I would have managed.

I bought 28mm tape for rim with 25mm inner width. So I had 1.5mm for each side but it was very hard to put the rape every time exactly in the middle. Now I can ride them without being scared that the tire can jump out.
