Have had the bike for around 4 months, not sure why this is happening. When I try to fold the rear wheel back, it doesn’t fully fold like it normally does. Any help appreciated.
The seatpost is coming out through the other side of the frame and there it interferes with the wheel. Pull the seatpost out and your bike should fold. Bike can’t be folded when the seatpost is not extended enough.
The other thing that interacts ison the part of the frame with the wheel you will have a kind of black handle that can be screwed and unscrewed. It is there to get in contact with the seatpost when the bike is fully folded. It regulates when that contact happens exactly.

Normally at this point the front wheel would still be facing forwards (in this photo the wheel is pointing back
And the front wheel would be pointed slightly (front) and left (to avoid rear wheel crushing the mydguard)

Always put your seat post away LAST.

Seatpost is blocking the wheel.
