All depends on condition of the tires and drivetrain only thing i can tell since you posted the wrong side is it has a 3x crankset (yuck) and the dork disc is yellow from being so old.

2005ish. Entry level older button style Sora shifters. Maybe a $200 value, or up to $250 value if in excellent condition and needs nothing.

Looks circa 2005. Depending on components, this could be pretty nice. Sequoia’s are a more relaxed geo usually but still has a road bike feel. For $300 you can’t really go wrong unless the components are in bad shape.
